Last updated: October 2026. Plain-English version: the contact form sends your message to my inbox and logs it in a private spreadsheet so I don't lose it. Nothing is sold, nothing is used for ads.
This policy applies to property.makeflows.pro and its sub-pages. It does not cover any third-party site you reach by following a link from here, or the internal systems I build for a client's own business.
The only information this site collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, work email, phone number (optional), and your message. Nothing else on the site tracks you — there is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracker of any kind.
When you submit the form, three things happen, in this order:
This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. It briefly used your browser's local storage to remember a language toggle while the site copy was being reviewed — that's a local, on-device setting, never transmitted anywhere, and is removed once the review is finished.
A few outside services are involved in running this site and handling the form, each only doing the one job described:
None of these services are permitted to use your information for their own advertising, and none of your information is sold to anyone, ever.
Form submissions are kept as ordinary business correspondence — long enough to respond to you and keep a reasonable record of the conversation. If you'd like your information removed sooner, see below.
I sometimes write to property management and lettings firms about work I do. I find business email addresses on the firm's own public website and use them only for that first note and up to four follow-ups. I write only to companies and LLPs, not to sole traders. My reason for using a named work address is legitimate interest: offering a relevant service to a business.
What I keep: your firm's name, the address I wrote to, the town, and the dates and replies in that thread, in a private Google Sheet and my Gmail. If you ask me to stop, I keep only your address and firm on a do-not-contact list so I never write again. Otherwise the record is deleted 12 months after the last message.
You can object, ask what I hold or ask me to delete it at [email protected]. If you are in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Wherever you're writing in from, you can ask me directly to see what I have on file for you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and I'll handle it personally, usually within a few days.
If what this site collects or how it's used ever changes, this page will be updated and the "last updated" date at the top will change with it.
