This is a portfolio and contact page describing automation systems I've built for property management businesses. It's informational — nothing on it is an offer that becomes binding just because you read it. An actual engagement only starts once we've agreed on scope, timeline, and cost in writing, over email.
The systems described on this site (the assistant, violation detection, move-in/move-out records, utility billing, leasing automation) are real, in production for a real property management client. Client and building names are withheld by agreement — you'll see them described generically (e.g. "a property management company managing multiple buildings"), never by name. Numbers used as examples on this site (dollar amounts, response times, unit counts) illustrate how the systems work; they are not audited performance claims about any specific business.
Automation results depend heavily on your own data, processes, and software — I can't promise a specific outcome (time saved, error rate, revenue recovered) before actually looking at your situation. Anything specific to your business only comes after we've talked in writing about what you're starting from.
The text, design, and illustrations on this site are mine. You're welcome to link to it. Please don't copy the site itself or its case-study copy for your own commercial use.
This site runs on Cloudflare, uses Resend to deliver contact-form emails, and Google Fonts for typography (see the Privacy Policy for detail). Any external link you follow from here is outside my control, and its own terms apply once you're there.
